RobustCollex LLC is an independent reseller of trading cards, collectibles, sealed products, graded cards, and related hobby items.

Products may be listed with titles, photos, scans, descriptions, condition notes, pricing, quantities, certification information, and other relevant details.

We make reasonable efforts to describe products accurately, but errors may occur.

Independent Reseller and Third-Party Brand Notice

Brand names, product names, logos, trademarks, images, and references are used for identification and descriptive purposes only.

RobustCollex LLC is not affiliated with, sponsored by, endorsed by, licensed by, authorized by, or officially connected with The Pokémon Company, Nintendo, Game Freak, Creatures Inc., PSA, CGC, Beckett, eBay, Whatnot, TCGplayer, or any other third-party brand, marketplace, grading company, manufacturer, or intellectual property owner.

All trademarks, service marks, trade names, logos, product names, and brand names are the property of their respective owners.

Collectible Product Disclaimer

Trading cards and collectibles may increase or decrease in market value.

All purchases are made at the buyer’s discretion.

Raw Card Disclaimer

Raw card condition is subjective.

RobustCollex LLC evaluates raw cards in good faith based on visible condition, available photos, scans, and listing details. However, we do not guarantee that any raw card will meet a buyer’s personal condition standard or receive a specific third-party grade.

Minor differences in condition opinion do not automatically qualify for cancellation, return, refund, or chargeback.

Sealed Product Disclaimer

Sealed products are sold as sealed collectible merchandise.

RobustCollex LLC does not guarantee specific cards, card values, card grades, factory collation, pull rates, pack contents beyond manufacturer representation, or future resale value.

Opening sealed product is done at the buyer’s own discretion.

Graded Card Disclaimer

Graded cards are sold according to the grade, grading company, certification number, photos, and listing details provided.

RobustCollex LLC does not guarantee regrade results, crossover results, future grading-company opinions, population report changes, or future market value.

Order Acceptance

Placing an order does not guarantee acceptance.

RobustCollex LLC reserves the right to refuse, cancel, or limit any order before shipment for reasons including, but not limited to:

• Inventory error
• Pricing error
• Product listing error
• Suspected fraud
• Payment risk
• Address issue
• International shipping restriction
• Customs or import restriction
• Unusual transaction activity
• System or platform error
• Product unavailability
• Violation of these Terms

If an order is canceled before shipment, RobustCollex LLC will issue a refund for the canceled portion of the order.

Pricing and Availability

Prices and availability may change without notice.

RobustCollex LLC reserves the right to correct errors, update listings, modify prices, cancel orders, or remove products from the store at any time before shipment.

We are not responsible for typographical errors, platform errors, inventory sync issues, or pricing display errors.

Payment

Payment is due at checkout.

Orders are not fulfilled until payment is authorized and accepted.

Payments may be processed through Shopify, Shopify Payments, Stripe, PayPal, card networks, or other approved payment processors.

By placing an order, the buyer confirms that they are authorized to use the selected payment method.

Fraud Prevention

RobustCollex LLC may use fraud-prevention tools, order review, payment verification, address verification, risk scoring, manual review, or other protective measures before fulfilling an order.

We reserve the right to cancel or hold an order if we determine that the transaction presents a fraud, payment, shipping, customs, chargeback, or operational risk.

Shipping

Shipping terms, including domestic and international shipping availability, customs duties, import taxes, delivery estimates, carrier delays, returned packages, and refused packages, are governed by our Shipping Policy.

Delivery estimates are not guarantees. RobustCollex LLC is not responsible for carrier delays, customs delays, incorrect addresses provided by the buyer, refusal of delivery, missed delivery attempts, stolen packages after delivery confirmation, unpaid import charges, or circumstances outside our control.

International Orders

International orders may be available for approved destinations where shipping is offered at checkout.

International buyers are responsible for customs duties, import taxes, VAT, tariffs, brokerage fees, carrier fees, and other charges imposed by their country, customs authority, or carrier unless those charges are expressly collected at checkout.

RobustCollex LLC will not falsify customs forms, understate product values, mark merchandise as a gift when it is not a gift, or misrepresent the contents of an international shipment.

Returns and Refunds

Returns and refunds are governed by our Return and Refund Policy.

By purchasing from RobustCollex LLC, the buyer agrees to review and follow the Return and Refund Policy before filing a payment dispute or chargeback.

Chargebacks and Disputes

Buyers must contact RobustCollex LLC first regarding order issues.

Improper chargebacks, false claims, item swapping, fraudulent disputes, payment abuse, false customs-related claims, or failure to cooperate with claim review may result in refusal of future service and submission of evidence to the payment processor, shipping carrier, fraud-prevention provider, marketplace, insurer, or appropriate authority.

RobustCollex LLC reserves all rights and remedies available under applicable law.

Prohibited Conduct

You agree not to use the website or store for:

RobustCollex LLC’s total liability for any claim related to a purchase shall not exceed the amount paid by the buyer for the specific product giving rise to the claim, unless a different amount is required by applicable law.

No Waiver

Failure by RobustCollex LLC to enforce any part of these Terms does not waive our right to enforce that provision later.

Severability

If any part of these Terms is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining sections remain in effect to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Illinois, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
