Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item Policy

If your order arrives damaged, is missing items, or contains the wrong item, contact info@robustcollex.com within 7 days of delivery.

  • Photos are required for all damage and wrong-item claims, including images of the shipping box, the packing materials, and the product as received.
  • For missing items, contact us promptly so we can review the order and fulfillment records.
  • Approved claims may be resolved by replacement (if available), refund, or store credit at our reasonable discretion.
  • Claims reported outside the stated timeframe, or without supporting photos, may not be eligible.
