Sealed Product Return Policy

Factory-sealed Pokémon products (booster packs, sleeved booster packs, booster boxes, booster bundles, Elite Trainer Boxes, collection boxes, premium collections, tins, mini tins, blister packs, build & battle boxes, cases, and similar items) are sold as sealed collectibles.

• Sealed products may be returned only if they remain factory sealed and in the same condition as received, unless otherwise required by law.
• Opened sealed products are not returnable. Opening a sealed product voids return eligibility.
• We make no guarantee of pack pull rates or of the specific cards contained inside any sealed product.
• Damage that occurs in transit is handled under our Damaged, Missing, or Wrong Item policy and requires photos of the packaging and product.
