Condition and Authenticity Notice

RobustCollex LLC makes reasonable efforts to inspect, describe, photograph, scan, and list products accurately.

Raw card condition is subjective. Graded card condition is based on the third-party grading company’s assigned grade and certification information.

RobustCollex LLC does not guarantee future grading opinions, crossover results, regrade results, or grading-company consistency.

If RobustCollex LLC identifies a product as sealed, graded, raw, damaged, played, near mint, or any other condition, that description is based on available inspection and listing information at the time of sale.

Website Accuracy

RobustCollex LLC makes reasonable efforts to keep website content, listings, prices, availability, descriptions, shipping information, international shipping information, and policies accurate.

However, errors may occur.

RobustCollex LLC reserves the right to correct errors, update listings, modify pricing, cancel orders, refuse transactions, or revise website content when necessary.

No Guarantee of Availability

Product availability is not guaranteed until an order is accepted, payment is verified, and the order is fulfilled.
