Cancellation Policy

You may request to cancel an order by emailing info@robustcollex.com as soon as possible. We will try to accommodate cancellation requests, but cancellations are not guaranteed once fulfillment has begun (packing or shipping). If an order has already shipped, it cannot be cancelled and is subject to our Refund & Return Policy. We also reserve the right to cancel and refund any order we deem suspicious, high-risk, or unverifiable.
