Chargeback and Fraud Abuse Policy

RobustCollex LLC takes fraud prevention seriously to protect customers and our business.

• We may manually review orders for fraud or risk indicators, including billing/shipping mismatches, unusually large first-time orders, and high-value orders.
• We may request verification (such as confirming identity, billing address, or payment) before shipping.
• We reserve the right to cancel, refund, hold, or require signature confirmation/insurance on orders that present risk.
• Fraudulent chargebacks or abuse (such as falsely claiming non-delivery on a tracked, delivered order, or filing a chargeback instead of using our return process) may result in order cancellation, account restrictions, denial of future service, and may be reported and contested with evidence including tracking and delivery confirmation.
