Are your products authentic?
We aim to sell authentic Pokémon products only and review items before listing. If you ever believe an item is not as described, contact info@robustcollex.com right away.
How are cards packaged?
Singles ship in a penny sleeve plus a semi-rigid holder or toploader, in a protective bag, inside a rigid mailer or protected envelope. Graded cards and sealed products are boxed with void fill and extra protection. High-value orders may use signature confirmation and insurance.
Do you accept returns?
Yes, within our policy. Raw singles can be returned if they materially differ from the listed condition, photos, or description (seller error). See our Refund & Return Policy.
Can I return opened sealed product?
No. Factory-sealed products are returnable only if they remain sealed and in original condition. Opened sealed products are not returnable.
Do you guarantee pack pulls?
No. We make no guarantee of pack pull rates or the specific cards inside any sealed product.
How fast do you ship?
Orders generally process within 1–2 business days. Tracking is provided when available.
Do you ship internationally?
Not at this time. We ship within the United States only.
How do I sell my collection?
Use our Sell Your Collection page to submit details and photos. Submission does not guarantee an offer; final pricing requires review.
Do you buy bulk?
We review bulk and full collections. Submit your details through the Sell Your Collection page.
Do you offer local pickup?
Local pickup is not offered at this time. Please check back as we grow.
What condition standards do you use?
We use Near Mint, Lightly Played, Moderately Played, Heavily Played, and Damaged, assessed by edges, corners, surface, centering, and other visible wear. See our Condition Guide.
